Training Classes

No refunds or credits for classes missed.
Registration is required as most classes are limited to six students/dogs.

All classes are $55 for four weeks!

We realize how tough the current economy is,
so to save you time and money, we have done one or more of the following:

  1) the weeks of the class session has been shortened;
         2) the class lasts longer than an hour;
3) there will be a week off between sessions.


AUGUST - SEPTEMBER, 2008

OBEDIENCE

PUPPY KINDERGARDEN (puppies from 10 weeks to 5 months)
Covers the basic obedience commands such as come, sit, down, collar and leash acceptance, common puppy behavior problems, and socialization with other dogs and people.

Mondays, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Sept. 8, to Sept. 29, 2008

GOOD DOG CLASS (open to all ages, 12 weeks and older)

Covers the basic obedience commands such as come, sit, down and stay, walking on leash, etc.

REAL LIFE 101!

For dogs that know the basic commands. We will work on everyday real-life situations where you need your dog to respond quickly, and learn additional commands/techniques so you will have a well-mannered dog regardless of distractions.
Prerequisite: Good Dog or Instructor's approval.

Tuesdays, 7:40 to 8:40 p.m.
Sept. 9 to Sept. 30, 2008

AGILITY
(All classes are for four weeks, and cost $55)

Only 6 students/dogs accepted per class,
based on the first 6 registrations received for each class.

BEGINNERS
Learn by proven, positive training methods, how to properly execute the agility obstacles, while learning proper foundation skills.

Saturdays, 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
      September 13 to October 4, 2008

ADVANCED BEGINNERS
Continue to advance your and your dog's skills. Equipment will be raised to full height, handlers will begin learning handling techniques, and start performing short sequences.

INTERMEDIATE (Beginning Competitors)

Thursdays, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
